This Privacy Policy describes how GreenLine Trade ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our iOS mobile application "GreenLine Trade" (the "App") and the website at greenlinetrading.online (the "Site"). By using the App or the Site, you agree to the practices described below. This policy is designed to comply with Apple App Store requirements, the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, the App Store Review Guidelines (including 5.1 Privacy), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, register, or submit a chart for analysis, you may provide your name, email address, message content, and chart screenshots.
Usage data. We collect non-personal information such as device model, iOS version, app version, language, time zone, crash logs, and aggregated interaction events to improve performance and stability.
Cookies and similar technologies (Site only). Our Site uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. The App does not use third-party advertising identifiers and does not engage in tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide AI chart analysis features you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the App and Site.
- To respond to support requests and other communications.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (cookies, optional features), and legal obligations.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, AI inference, email) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (b) authorities when required by law; and (c) successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@greenlinetrading.online.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including TLS in transit and encryption at rest where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
