Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GreenLine Trade ("we", "us") governing your use of the GreenLine Trade iOS application (the "App") and the website at greenlinetrading.online (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (Apple's EULA), which applies to all App Store apps by default and which is incorporated herein by reference: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

GreenLine Trade is an educational and analytical tool only. All content, analyses, trading signals, scores, technical levels, AI-generated insights, predictions, and any other output provided by the App or Site are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any analysis, signal, score, or prediction generated by the App. The App's algorithms, AI models, and analytical tools may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading results. Market conditions change rapidly, and no analytical tool can guarantee future performance. You acknowledge that any trading or investment decision you make based on information from the App is made entirely at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and usefulness of any information provided by the App and for your own trading and investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (e) use automated means to access or scrape the service; or (f) misrepresent the source of any content.

You retain ownership of charts, text and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and display such content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

GreenLine Trade may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases ("IAP") through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions and the Apple Media Services Terms.Subscription Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The subscription fee will be displayed in the App before you complete the purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.Free Trials. If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon confirmation of the subscription. Once the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.Managing & Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access to subscription features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.Price Changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. If the price of your subscription increases, we will notify you in advance through the App or via email, and the change will take effect on your next renewal date unless you cancel before that date.

The App may use third-party services (including market data providers and AI infrastructure). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data.

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENLINE TRADE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50 IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenLine Trade from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and GreenLine Trade, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection law; otherwise, by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
